Train@WTCE: Integrated solutions for our customers
The LSG Group presents its spectrum of services for train operators with concrete case studie
I am very much looking forward to this year’s World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) in Hamburg in April. Besides InnoTrans, which will take place in Berlin in September, this trade fair is an ideal platform to talk to our existing and potential customers. Of course, it is also a great place to meet with partners who support us in offering our customers tailor-made concepts.
In 2011, I attended the WTCE for the first time representing the train services sector. It makes me proud to see how our presence there has evolved in a very positive way. Train services have become an integral part of the LSG Group, and the great thing about our trade fair presence is that all of our company’s expert brands are also onsite.
If, for example, customers ask us about equipment solutions, no problem! Our colleagues from SPIRIANT are there to talk to them. The close interaction between the various competencies within the LSG Group will be demonstrated at our stand. But we will also show how we bundle our competencies in order to develop tailor-made concepts for our customers with concrete case studies.
Catering, logistics, IT and crew management are just a few of the services we offer train operators. How are these services coordinated? How do you implement a concept that includes à la carte service and an on-board bistro or one that combines the sale of drinks and snacks at the seat? There is plenty of time at the fair to discuss these and other questions with our customers while we also let our chefs spoil us with their culinary delights.
